The Gordon-Rushville Public Schools Foundation was formed in 2011 by a group of GHS and RHS alumni and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Alumni Board members are community minded individuals with a commitment to Gordon-Rushville Public Schools. The Foundation Board is proud of the history of the Gordon and Rushville School systems, and equally as proud and optimistic of what the future holds for the Gordon-Rushville Public Schools. They understand that a strong school system is a crucial part of thriving communities. The Board members have an active interest in the educational advancements of students and in increasing opportunities for the students, staff and communities alike. The Foundation operates independently of the Gordon-Rushville Board of Education.

The original intent of the Foundation was to provide scholarships to GRHS graduates. However, the goals and vision of the Foundation have expanded. The Foundation is now looking to help provide resources for larger capital projects in addition to scholarships.

How Can You Make A Difference?

You can make a difference by a contribution to the Foundation’s general fund or you may designate it to a specific purpose or project, something you feel is an important need. Experience the satisfaction of knowing you made a difference! Because of you someone's life is better.

Ways to help: 1) monetary gift to the foundation, 2) contribution of stocks, bonds and other securities 3) estate planning 4) real estate donation 5) personal property donation 6) volunteer 7) district employees payroll deduction 8) participate in our annual fundraisers.
